Arrive on time; late time isn’t added back. No-shows = no refund.

Mixing/Mastering:
Work starts after payment and correct files.

Cover Art:
Includes one concept and limited revisions. Client must own all images.

Behavior:
Disrespect or unsafe actions may end service.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All services are non-refundable.

Recording:
No refunds. One reschedule with 24-hour notice. No-shows lose payment.

Mixing/Mastering:
No refunds once files are received.

Cover Art:
No refunds after concept delivery.

Booking Policy

Choose a service → Pay in full → Receive confirmation.
Send files immediately (mixing/art) or arrive on time (recording).

Rescheduling requires 24 hours’ notice.
20+ minutes late may cancel your session with no refund.

Mobile Session Policies

Client must provide a quiet, suitable recording environment

Session time starts 15 minutes after arrival

All mobile sessions require full payment upfront

Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the full deposit

Client is responsible for minimizing interruptions during the session

Studio Rules

No smoking inside, no weapons, no disruptive behavior.
Respect equipment.
Max 2 guests unless approved.
Keep food/drinks away from gear and clean up before leaving.

Mixing & Mastering Agreement

You receive a pro mix/master, WAV/MP3 files, and limited revisions.
You must provide labeled stems and BPM.
Turnaround: 2–5 days.

Payment Policy

Full payment upfront for all services.
Accepted: Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, card.
Chargebacks or failed payments stop service immediately.
